1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CreatorOS platform, accessible at creatoros.co.in and any associated applications ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CreatorOS is an AI-powered platform that helps content creators manage their operations, including campaign planning, freelancer sourcing and hiring, contract management, and budget tracking. We use AI agents to automate and assist with these workflows.
The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality at any time.
3. Your Account
To access CreatorOS, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or freelancers
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
- Use the platform for any illegal hiring or payment practices
5. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Freelancer Relationships
CreatorOS facilitates connections between creators and freelancers. We are not a party to any agreement between creators and freelancers. You are solely responsible for:
- The terms of any engagement with freelancers
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws
- The quality of work delivered by freelancers you hire
- Any payments made directly to freelancers outside the platform
CreatorOS does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of services provided by freelancers on the platform.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses AI to generate campaign plans, skill tests, contract drafts, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use
- AI-generated contracts are templates and not legal advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before acting on it
8. Intellectual Property
The CreatorOS platform, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by CreatorOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it to provide and improve the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@creatoros.co.in. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
